The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. babi88 accepts no responsibility for communication failures or payment delays resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
babi88 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where registration would violate applicable law or these Terms.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation by email or SMS. Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. babi88 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify babi88 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. babi88 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of such a notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified babi88 of a security breach in accordance with the procedure above.
All deposits to babi88 Accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at babi88's discretion and will be reflected on the Platform's cashier page at the time of the change.
Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed with babi88 support.
babi88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

This licence does not include the right to: download or copy Account information for the benefit of a third party; scrape, crawl, or index the Platform using automated tools; reverse-engineer or decompile any software forming part of the Platform; or reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of babi88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, babi88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
babi88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit babi88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
babi88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
babi88 uses Player data for purposes including account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and the provision of personalised promotional communications where consent has been given. babi88 does not sell Player personal data to third parties.
